At Watery, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your aquatic adventures, which is why we offer a 365-day return policy on all unused sports equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily return or exchange it for a different size or model within our extended grace period.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
